There were rebellions during Stalin's period in the RSFSR (Russia). Probably the largest was the Chechen insurgency during WWII. And also uprisings in the Gulag in the 1940s. Outside of the Gulag and ethnic minorities' territories of the RSFSR, there were peasant small-scale uprisings in the early 1930s.

Thinking about rebellions, my guess is that this may happen in approx three - four months. Why, because General Winter will start to play out. If the attacks on the oil refineries and infrastructure were to stop today (which clearly isn't going to happen) Russia would find it almost impossible to get supplies close to normal for October when the weather starts to turn.
There are reports of mile long queues in Siberia which is as far away from the front line as you can get. Can you imagine trying to get through winter with no fuel in Siberia?
