A thought came to me I admit a little late in the day. This proves one of two things:-

a) Russian air defences are way more effective against stealth aircraft that I thought
b) The Su57 isn't close to being as good a stealth aircraft as Russia believes
c) There is no C

With Ukraine hitting Iranian assets, while the US has entered another forever war in the middle east, this is beginning to feel like the precursors to the First World War.

Its an interesting thought that if NATO had agreed to step in as Trump wanted, we may well would have been closer to a WW1 scenario. Without it Trump has to realise that apart from Israel (who have their own objectives), he is on his own.
