I looked for a good article on the subject, but could not find one.
Apparently, between the sanctions imposed by the international community and the damage Ukraine is doing to the Russian shipping industry, oil & gas industry, transportation industry, and businesses such as Wildberries and Ozon, it is becoming impossible to get insurance for said customers. In addition, even if they can get insurance, the sanctions imposed on banks often do not allow payment in anything close to a timely manner - or at all.
This is part of the reason for the recent decree by Putin that the State can/will temporarily take over businesses that refuse to operate or rebuild due to fear of attacks, or cannot operate or rebuild due to lack of finances.
