The current U.S. administration cannot *kill* the ICC. The ICC is an independent organization that has worldwide membership and the U.S. is currently not an active member, so actually has zero leverage.
As it stands, the U.S. is the only place in the west where he *might* be safe (for at least two more years), but as I mentioned earlier, I doubt he'll be around by then.
