The F-16s are only part of the equation and realistically aren't the best thing to be shooting down many of the drones etc.

Operation crossbow (1943 - 1945) was the combined AA and airborne interception of V-1s and it cost 154 aircraft and roughly 700 airmen.
Of the 638 dedected V-1s, AA and aircraft were able to bring down 403.
