The movie based on the masterpiece book will be released on Netflix on October 28, 2022. It looks really promising.

Will definitely watch this, but it has big shoes to fill; the 1930 film is a classic.

I never saw the original movie, but was enthralled by the book. I wasn't a combat troop, but as a firefighter, we had much of the same camaraderie, and I think Remarque captured that pretty well.
