I use one of those plastic circle templates to scribe a circle on some brass shim stock, cut the circle out, clean up the edges and use it as a guide for an ExActo knife. Ever since I retired I'm trying to get buying tools out of my system, especially Snap On ! That tool does look pretty slick though.
