Indeed it is. It's a Polikarpov P-5, transport variant of the R-5 utility biplane used for ground attack, torpedo attack, reconnaissance, and virtually everything else. A contemporary of the famous Polikarpov U-2/Po-2 Kukuruzhnik, it's one of the first indigenous Russian aeroplane designs built in large numbers; over 6,700 built. The transport variant had a cabin with three small windows aft of an enclosed kabina.
