AVG (Flying Tigers) uniforms

Hi, I haven't been to the site in awhile so bear with me for asking these two questions. First, what did the duty uniforms of the AVG look like? Second, when the pilots manned their P-40s, did they wear the typical one piece flight suits with flight jackets exclusively or did they usually fly in their uniforms with flight jackets or was it the pilots choice what to wear?
