This was a surprise to me, but a number of our members will find it ordinary. I am not familiar with the insignia, so a little assistance is needed.

This is actually a Tomahawk II passed to the USSR by Britain and recovered from a Russian lake. It is in very much better shape than when I first saw it many years back when
they first acquired it. My late fellow airplane nut with me at that time asked, "Do you see what's wrong with it?" When I said, "No", he replied, "It's held together with pop rivets."
Fortunately, all that is gone and reskinned, restored accurately and professionally.
