Most B-17s or B-25s were painted with Olive Drab colour. Until 1943 it was 41 Dark Olive Drab FS30118 or FS34086 or FS(595) 23070 and after 1943 it was ANA 613 Olive Drab - FS34084.Here you are some tonalities you can find on these bombers.

I haven't the time to write an essay on Olive Drab but FS 30118 is ANA 617 Dark Earth. ANA 613 is Dark Olive Drab 42 FS 34087. Both were produced by Du Pont as equivalent colours for aircraft purchased by the British. ANA 613 was equivalent to RAF Dark Green.

Oh WOW thats a great LINK THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH.

This is really cool for me talking to people overseas I have a lot of scotish in me, I've all ways wanted to go there and I will be for I die.

My mom took care of a guy way way back then I think the erly 70's that was in world war 1 ww2, In ww1 he was a british Fighter in a sopwith camel and he was the 2et person in brit to have there pilot liesens. WW2 he was a Pilot in a B-29. So I hear all kind of storys from my mom that he told her.

Wurger and friends, while the official documents called for the change from OD41 to ANA613 Olive Drab in 1943, the reality is that the USAAF HATED the new color and continued to use OD41 for camouflaged aircraft for the remainder of WWII - no matter WHAT the official spec called for. There is some question as to whether the A-20s that were bound for the USSR may have been painted in ANA613 (but no answers yet), but anything painted for the USAAF was OD41 off the production lines if it was painted at all.
