I know the guy who took that photo. I can tell you things like that are considered. I actually worked at the facility were that photo was taken back in 1990.

It's got to be so hard now a days to keep stuff controlled. When that F-35C crashed on carrier - within 24 hours photos of it in ocean, video of crash from deck cam etc..
