B 24 Liberator panel ID

Any idea where on a Liberator this panel would be and what does the bottom line say?

Don't know where but, the words look like "Starter Release".

It could be the starter brush release handle to hand crank the engine. I am not to familiar with the B-24, but if it is an engine accessory cowling this could be the case.

That would make the most sense . I imagine it would be somewhere on the engine cowling ...
Will wait and see if Gary has something more concrete.
