I have Kits World War Bird set KW148034 and would like more photographic imagery on these aircraft. This is all I could find in photos and I don't trust the research department at most decal firms.

Thanks Paul, great and just what I was looking for. One I needed to know if one or two fixed nose 50's and that was it. With your permission I'll use it for a GB pic. Thanks Geo for looking, I've been trough the web and Ospreys B-25 in Combat MTO book and came up short. I wanted to do Ruthie and could with a lot of assumptions. I'll do Bottoms up.

Thanks my friend. I can verify but I believe both bottom up I and II flew with the 340th bomb group

I am trying to remember, if you look at the mission markings the bottom pic has less then the top. I think and don't quote me on this that early on in the war in North Africa they had American stars on wings and British flag on tails or was it French. Humm

Good stuff Paul. The aircraft isn't mentioned in Joe Baugher's but the serial number is in a batch of B-25Cs

Oh yes.. you are right, the kind of markings was used in the North Africa. Undoubtedly it was the RAF fin flash there..

Early NA US markings were stars and Brit tail flash.
