I think the one on the right is a different type of aircraft. It has a different engine, the undercarriage arrangement is different, and the fin is much larger. Maybe an S.51 rather than an S.61?
Well, I am not expert in plane id's yet. But I dare to add that 99percent sure, those 2 are not from the same unit.

Yep .. you are right. That's one of 50 of the Bleriot Spad 51C1s bought and used by the Polish AF at the end of 20'.

Certainly these aren't. The first one belonged to the 116 FS ( later 142 FS ) of the 4th Air Regiment in 1927. The another source says she was of the 5th FS of the 3rd Air Regiment. The second one is of the 111 FS of the 1st Air Regiment in 1927.

BTW.. the plane was called "a flying coffin" by the Polish pilots.

I think pilot was Muslim! 🤔

Sorry but I don't think so. If he was, it would mean that the pilot of the Spad below was a Nazi. But I'm sure he wasn't.
There is a couple of more SPADs of the 5th FS of the 3rd Air Regiment with such strange looking emblems used at that time.
