I'm building an upscaled BV-141 from plans. I've been building it on and off for a couple of years and I'll be getting back to it in a week or two. I downloaded the pdf plans drawn by Nick Ziroli from Outerzone. I increased the size to 1.5x. Here are pics of the project to date.

What is your projected wingspan? For r/c?

Looks great.

Earlier this year I finished what is best described as an "extreme makeover" of an old out of production kit, 81" span. Fiberglass fuselage, plastic and ply gondola, and balso/ply wing and tail surfaces. The original kit took some scale liberties, such as the location of the dihedral breaks. It flies great, although I still find it challenging to land. I added flaps which are asymmetrical as well, and I suspect that has something to do with it. First photo show as arrived with phony insignia. I made a designed a ton of 3d printed parts, many for the cockpit interior. I've been fascinated by this plane since I saw an article in Scale Modeler of the 1/72 Airfix kit, early 1970's! Best of luck with your model, and I'll watch along with your progress!
