Unfortunately that link appears to have died. Maybe they made a small change to the URL and it is still there but I could not find it.

Anyway here is a copy of the file (OCR'd) and another file on the same subject from pb43 and a link to a post by Micdrow from way back (I am lazy so like to find all similar documents in the same place)
