i have seen that happen often enough to make me wonder if it isnt a complete sabatoge to set the wheels in motion for a future ( but already schemed and completedly plotted ) buy out. the last one i remember the CEO of the sold airline company got a wonderful bonus for making it happen ( everyone forgets he put it in the toilet to begin with...but who cares )...
