    Found this on the net It is Two stroke 3000hp runing at 1200rpm.

    CCF did built aircraft but also did train stuff. I'd ALMOST guess this to be a locomotive engine of some sort, although it does look like a prop gearbox to the left.

    That same photo appears on the Records of the US Air Force Engineering Division at the National Archives II website. It is listed as a CCF OI-4800

    Ah, well, there you go. This is the first I've heard of this engine.

    First I have seen it as well. I can't find much else about it. Having owned 2 stroke dirtbikes over the years, I gotta wonder how bad that must have smoked.

    Lots of power at low rpm, MIGHT be a diesel. :confused:
