Cash and Carry and Lend Lease aircraft by year

Does anyone know of a good reference on the the numbers of aircraft sent by Cash and Carry or Lend Lease by year and country? I've seen total numbers. But I'm curious how many aircraft were sent to the UK and USSR in 41 and 42.

There are two good books on the subject, which are worth looking at, Air Arsenal North America by Phil Butler and The British Air Commission and Lend-Lease by K.J. Meekcoms. Take a look if you can; I think they might be out of print though, not sure.
