Built by Otto Aviation and now making test flights from Victorville CA,, which I assume means the old George AFB. No details but clearly it is designed for low drag.

I'm not sure if it'll live up to aerodynamic expectations but it definitely follows the rule of cool, at the minimum.

It looks vaguely similar to a kit plane that never eventuated, called the Star Aviation AvStar...

A friend of mine built an airplane rather similar to that, called the Cirrus VK30. His was to be turbine powered, as I assume that one is. It was smaller but rather more attractive. He stretched the fuselage from what the kit had been. He passed away before he could finish it.
