    Yeah, a lot of those "work" shots were obviously posed...nobody sweating or grimy, soft fill light just below the edge of the _____, perfect hair/makeup (even though they are in a foundry). Still, they're good shots, and representative of the era, everyone pitching in to do their bit. Being "dirty" was just not lady-like!

    ABW...I've had that pic as my desktop wallpaper on several occasions now, I agree its a very striking image.
