I know the larger one must be from a p-38 or something similar from WW2 but what about the pair of matching control sticks with the palm triggers?

thats cool to see these things in place. i think this magneto switch from the grouped photo above could have come from the bomber that the turret handles came from... from what ive read this was by The Detroit Fuse Co. which is now "Square-D".

from your photo now i think the turret handles were mfg'd by General Electric although they had no markings.

A very similar switch was used on the P-38, lower instrument panel behind the yoke

This one is from a later P-38
 
And this look like a fuel tank selector ( fuel selector control) or tank selector valve. ... because there are the R.H and L.H abbreviations ( Right Hand/Left Hand) it could be of the P-38 as well.
