Hi!
Does anyone recognize this kind of DF-loop? Some of the first Finnish air force Blenheims were equipped with Marconi type AD.77/6872 wireless. I wonder if this square loop belonged to it or to finnish made P-12-14 radio set? Any specs and further information of this antenna are wellcome.

I'm relying on my memory here....but I recall this type of ADF loop can be seen on British examples. If I remember correctly, it in in stowed position in this photo. When expanded it forms a box shape. You can just make out the locations of the hinge brackets.

So far, I have found pictures of 11 different FAF Blenheims, that had this antenna. Mostly from books of my personal library or from: SA - kuvagalleria
These planes were Mk.I and Mk.IV types bought from UK in 1930s.

Any photos of RAF (or civilian) aircraft I have´nt found.
