Some neat work so far.

BUT !
I've just noticed - the thread title states "GB48", yet this thread is in the "Start to Finish" builds. Should it be in the Group Builds relevant thread ?
If so, I'm sure a Mod can move it for you.

I have asked the mods to move it. Probably too busy counting their vast wages to notice 🤪

Tin fish. I find it hard to get a decent finish with silver paint on small surfaces I might have to get the airbrush out 😳 and blow a thin coat on.

Slightly better after a blow. Still hate using an airbrush though every 1 minute of spraying equals 20 minutes of cleaning

I find the best use for an airbrush is to blow dust out of a model before closing it up.

To each his own but yes silver has always been not very brush friendly.

Not quite sure what this is possibly a wind powered generator but I broke off one of the tiny plastic propeller blades.

So I drilled it out and fitted a 0.3mm brass wire.

I gave it a coat of primer last night as a witness coat to show any faults that need correction. Green filler shows the faults.

Looking good. I was not aware of the clamshell rear gunner area.

I am going to reinstate a few panel lines that got sanded out. I have a proper tool for the job but I much prefer a sewing needle in a pin vice. Old school but it works.
