I'm thinking the empty napalm projectiles were loaded onto the bomb racks before being filled with gasoline and the other ingredients?
That guy using the handtruck would have quite a load if that bomb were full of gas.

Oh, what were the other ingredients in napalm besides gasoline? Was diesel or jet fuel used, as well?
