I'm wondering why they would have a "public" road that close to the end of the runway. Surely there's a sign warning about low flying aircraft, ( not that anybody would actually notice it) But from the angle we're viewing it's hard to judge how close the road is to the runway.
But it looks like that Cessna might have been a little short on his approach , he rebounds off that roof, and still barely makes the runway.

I think that's Roanoke, Texas, not Va.

Roanoke TX? Ah that's what I get for assuming. Like you, I thought that with or without the SUV an incident was in the making. He must be Navy.
