Early war P-40B markings

Hi, after a three year hiatus, I'm getting back into my model building hobby by building Revell's 1/48 scale P-40B Tiger Shark. I'm building the USAAF version and I would like to decal it like a P-40 based in Oahu during the Pearl Harbor attack. My questions are: 1) Did all of the P-40s based in Oahu have the large white numbers on the fuselage? 2) What were the number ranges of the fuselage numbers (i.e. say001-400 or 100-400)? Any help would be appreciated. thanks
