Good picture, but that is not a KI-46 IMO that is the remains of a Nakajima Ki-49 Bomber. Below is the closest picture I could find from about the same angle. I believe the horizontal Stabilizer in the picture you posted is blocking the smaller upper window above the window visible. Also the general shape of the fuselage, and the small triangle shaped fairings on the trailing edge of the wing match a KI-49, also the radio antenna mast location matches.

Special Type 2 Launch Ka-Mi (特二式内火艇 カミ, Toku-ni-shiki uchibitei kami) was the first amphibious tank of the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). The Type 2 Ka-Mi was based on the Imperial Japanese Army's Type 95 Ha-Go light tank with major modifications. It first saw combat service during the Guadalcanal campaign in late 1942.
