Actually it is not a new swastika style. Just a painting trick. The RLM standard Ju-87 camo was overpainted with the white coat. The painter protected the entire swastica and the camo background there with a square sheet of paper/cardboard or anthing else and applied the white. Because the swastika had the white outline all around the sign, the outer line is unnoticed actually. The inner dark parts of the background camo of the rectangle shape weren't coloured. And this is the reason the Nazi emblem looks like that.
An interesting appearance though.
