English translation. I got this one as a printed copy in Russian but it came from somewhere on the internet. My source would not say where he got it and he gave it to me to digitize and translate. I thought I posted a copy to this forum somewhere. It must be used with the copy that Snautzer01 posted. I will not post the scan I did as that is no better than Snautzers

Could you please re-post the copy posted by Snautzer01 ? I was unable to download it.
