Possibly, but all the pictures I have seen of Bong's P-38 has the Kill markings in a different pattern, it could be McGuire's also. But It has the solid color spinners I have seen on pictures of Bong's & McGuire's (early I should say for McGuire) P-38. The only other possibility I can come up with would be Charles MacDonald, but the pictures I can find online of his P-38 has totally different Markings. So after all that, I think it is Probably Bong's before the nose art, or with a different nose panel for some reason, it does look to have a different weathering pattern on it than the rest of the nose?

Picture Packing Mama Recce Camera P-38F-5 colour Trimetrogon
Trimetrogon is an aerial photographic survey method that involves the use of three cameras in one assembly. One camera is pointed directly downwards, and the other two are pointed to either side of the flight path at a 30° depression angle (60° from vertical). The images overlap, allowing the use of stereographic interpretation of the topography.[1][2] The name comes from the Metrogon cameras used in the original montages.
