I'm not really sure if this is a XB-14 (powered by P&Y YR-1830-9 Twin Wasp). Looks more like a B-12 from the 7th BG to me.

Not a cat but the 25th Aero Squadron's Executioner or hatchet-man. The embelm of the 25th Space Range Squadron later the 25th Bombardment Squadron.
