I think that is the Blohm and Voss Ha 137 V1, but I have never sees a picture of it in dark paint? Also the vertical wing tip extension is a give away. Nice picture!

I beleive that is a Bréguet BR19.8 with a Wright 1820 power-plant. About 50 made for Yugoslavia Nice rare version if it is!

I agree with the Breguet (no "é") 19 (see upper wing planform and structure, cockpit construction with simili-corrugated sheet, etc.) .

But engine is not a Wright one : obviously, we have the "poultice head" of a Gnome-Rhône Jupiter - see also pushrods.

So, Yougoslavian aircrafts, maybe damaged after German invasion (April, 6 of 1941).
