nice but dont forget source.
My own B-25 collection of photos.
Don't know where I copied it from. This particular photo is dated July 14, 2022, (probable) original size: 960x693.
Since there are so many copies of copies of copies in the internet, any of them could be "my source". Have no idea what's the original source though.

For info,

'Mitch the Witch' was modified to B-25D2 standard (meaning it had manned tail and waist gun positions). The Superscale instructions above crudely indicate the tail gun but omits the waist gun positions.

See 'B-25D Mitch the Witch
for a discussion which includes a photo which clearly shows this.

"MTW" is a block D-25 aircraft. For a very long time the information in all sources was that only blocks D-30 and D-35 came out of the Kansas factory with a tail gun resp. with waist-gun positions (non staggered) - see photo below. In the last (at least 5-6) years one can find that also block D-25 was manufactured in the same way. Phil Marchese usually calls all late D-blocks and the respective modifications D2 or describes them by order numbers. I believe that late blocks should be called with their real numbers: from -25 to -35.

Here's another photo of a D-25 plane from the same squadron and group in this particular configuration:

#42-87280 above, nice image not seen that one before. Only 13 numbers off the serial of MTW.
Block D-25 includes 315 c/a with s/n from 42-87113 to 42-87452. Many of the photos one can find are from the second half of the block, but there are a few from the lower numbers too.
