The inscription on the top blade looks like the "Cверх плана" - extra ( overplan)...
The bottom left one "Фронту" - for the Front ....
Unfortynately the inscription on the bottom right blade is unreadable .. but judging by the other ones there it could be the name by whom the prop was made.
I have found the same shot but of slightly better quality. The pic caption syas it's the assembly of Yak-7 fighters in the workshop of the Novosibirsk Aviation V.P. Chkalov Plant.
Unfortunatly the inscription on the third blade is still unreadable fully ...
