Dave Whalen, the CC launching the aircraft was TDY to LN for this operation. I don't know where he was stationed at when this was done as he was a F-15 CC he came to Kadena from Langley and it might have been from there. He posted this on FB and I thought it looked good so I thought I would share it with you. Don't read to much into thing. We were stationed at Kadena together when I was in the 961st AWACS. He was int hte 67TFS. We were int he IPMS Shogun chapter there on the base. The below photos are all of Dave. I can't belive the PM I got over this.
F-15 Thread
People around here like honest people. You might want to explain yourself to them...

Don'[t we think this is a little extreme. I spent 20 years in the USAF as an INS Comm/Nav specialist and don't have a damn thing to enplane.
So DerAdlerIstGelandet you can go screw yourself.

Thanks for explaining, that is all I wanted. If you knew the things that have happened here on the forum before you would understand.

Having said that, that was a private message between you and me. What don't you understand about private? Nor was it a rude message, it was asking you to explain.

So DerAdlerIstGelandet you can go screw yourself.

Wow that is a bit harsh. You first...

If I recall the E was a take off accident and they took the front end from a D model to put it back into play. I was not there just to be overly clear and I did not work on pee wee birds. the smallest airframe I assigned to was a KC-135. C-5 B-52 KC and EC-135s. I have worked a few trams C-130 and 141 and even a 140 once because it had an An/APN-147 Doppler Nav Radar. I did QA on Tweets (T-37) at Robins before I retired.
