F-86F "Gunval" w/20mm cannon.

Just read F-86 aces of the 4th Fighter Wing (had this book sitting around for years) and they spoke of this. Also had a few F-86s with JATO bottles attached to the belly of a few aircraft used in combat.

The early F-86, simply for aesthetic reasons; I think it's one of the most beautiful airplanes I've ever seen.

Which is pretty enough as it is. My son and I were actually talking about this last night. North American came up with two planes that married grace and elegance with deadliness.
