Fw 190 parts?

Hello everyone, I'm new on this forum. a friend found a piece with a hallmark "187". this piece could be from a Fw190 that fell in Normandy in 1944. if you can confirm the type of plane and where could it have been on the plane. thank you very much, Fred

Can you tell me where these kinds of parts were? Is this an electrical part of the plane or the radio?

Not sure if a such document can be found. However what kind of the device is the Fl. number should help. The number should be stamped slightly above the Gerat number on the data plate.
