I think this book only survived as well as it did because all the pages with diagrams and formulas on them are heavy photographic paper making it very stiff. The front cover was torn off and is missing and the rear cover barely hanging by just a few threads. As many of the pages have multiple binding holes and are slightly different sizes I suspect this was a working draft for the final submission.
The aircraft was never built.
Some people may find the claim that GAF was a world leader in small jet aircraft in the text a bit strange but it certainly has some validity. At the time this was written GAF had produced two Pika manned research aircraft -- Wingspan: 5.8 m (19 ft) Length: 7.1 m (23 ft 3¾ in) Empty weight: 1,043 kg (2,300 lb) Loaded weight: 1,315 kg (2,900 lb) and were mass producing the worlds first jet target aircraft (the Jindivik) for the RAAF and RAF, Sweden and, much much later, the US Navy. At the time the Brits and Aus were using Jindiviks the USAF was using P-63 pinballs.
