Sincere Apologies for the long delay in the judging for Group Build 67, unfortunately for me other things simply got in the way, A very busy work schedule and a bout of sickness did not help… with other challenges affecting the judging panel as well.
Sadly we did not have a Large turnout for this group Build and oddly not many actually got over the line this time around also.
The Winners for Group Build 67 are,
Category 1 Beginner / Novice / Casual CATEGORY.
We had No Entries again in this Section of the Group Build.
Category 2 Intermediate / Casual CATEGORY.
5 completed entries for this Category…..
1st Place in this Category goes to Jock Tamson : Greg with his 1/48 Beaufighter VI
2nd Place in this Category goes to Donivanp : Don for his 1/48 B-25J
3rd Place in this Category goes to Roachie : Karl for his 1/48 Dornier D0217Z-2
Category 3 Experienced / Expert CATEGORY.
Only 2 managed to get finished here and a TIE was had.
1st Place Tie in this Category goes to F104Nut : Brian for his 1/48 P-38G
1st Place Tie in this Category goes to Bustedwing : Graham for his 1/72 Ju188E-1
So…CONGRATULATIONS go to Greg , Brian and Graham for their First Place Entries in their respective categories and also extended to the second and Third place getters.
And as Usual….A BIG Thankyou to all who found the time to participate in this Build, well done, a number of great Builds being represented.
We appreciate the time and effort put in by all participants at the various levels, and the outstanding exchange of Information, Hints, Tips, Parts and Decals to those who required something to help their project.
Please continue to support the Group Builds in any way you can whether you build something or just enjoy watching others do their stuff!
