Every time the mosquito comes to the CWH Museum, they have to keep an eye on George. As this pilot said, this guy not only knows how to start it, he can fly it as well.

George is still kicking around. He's a rare breed of soldier in that he realized during his time in the war that it would most likely be a major highlight of his life. He kept a diary and many mementos and speaks with great clarity of his experiences to this day. I had the pleasure of seeing him speak along with his colleague Russ Bannock at Mosquito KA114's inaugural air show tour at the Canadian Warplane Heritage in 2013.

I've met George many times over the past five years ( at CWH). All I can say is hide your mosquito if he comes to Calgary, he'll want to fly it.
