As far as I know the only combination church and gas station out there- Kind of makes the term "Chruch on fire" a little scary...Aside from making too easy the joke about people speaking in tounges due to the gas fumes coming up into the church, I wonder for real...what does keep the fumes from all that pumping from getting into the chruch building above? - every other gas station I've seen dosn't have a building directly on top of it...even in downtown type prime real estate areas like Dupont Circle or downtown Bethesda.
I used to test phones on a street corner near here and completly forgot about it until I got off the Metro today..that's making the most use of your real estate...
