As mentioned elsewhere, last Summer I purchased and started the 1:32 Trumpeter kit dedicated to Bf 109 F-4 and decided to take a challenge and dedicate it to the famous Hans-Joachim Marseille.
Before all, some time was devoted to correct some kit mistakes because the manufacturer presented the kit as an "F-4" but instead it was a "G-2". Unfortunately, I discovered that I forgot to rectify one detail when the kit was already assembled, painted and decalled; I will tell you more about this later.
But now let's have a look on the pictures.
I hope you will like them

And finally the forgotten detail and a little licence.
The following picture will show both of them.
First the little scoops on the nose: they shouldn't be there.
Second, the withe sided tyres, I liked the idea of making them, but isn't confirmed that Marseill plane had them.

I have to agree. Actually there were two glass plates overlapped. One glass was fixed while the second one could be sliding back.

Very nicely done Alberto.
I notice that the canopy is also the 'G' type - the F series didn't have the central frame.
Many thanks for telling me that! I have a vacuformed canopy that seems to be of the right dimension, may be I can rectify this.

That would work Alberto, or maybe scratch-build one using plastic strip and clear sheet. I did this on the old 'Matchbox' 1/32nd scale kit many years ago.
Pic below shows the canopy after re-painting the model a few years back.

I will never take attention on those scopes....:)
Beautifully finished model, details are amazing as same as weathering
Best regards Djordje

Hi, many thanks for your comments.
By the way, I'm still planning to modify the canopy, but this will be done after September when I will be back home.
