So here is this NACA report

On Page 13 it says
Cl = Overall Aircraft Lift Coefficient

A guy claims that the Hawker Hunters lift coefficient is pretty much 0.9 CL according to Page 21

I'm not good at understanding this more difficult things, but is this actually true?

It may be correct. I cannot say for sure, but using the Pilot's Notes Vstall - with flaps and undercarriage up - the CL comes out to ~0.825 at 212 ft/sec IAS at 15,000 lbs, which would be consistent with the 5-10% buffer in Vstall that was usually used operationally.

If I did my math right. :)
 
Are you asking about the maximum lift coefficient at 1G stall?
