Hispano marking 20x110

Hello! Can anyone tell me about the marking of this ammunition? I want to do a restoration. I think that there are letters that did not fit in the photo.

The markings seem to be correct for the USA used ammo.

HE.I- High explosive fragmentation (incendiary)
