How do you change the language on 1946?

Maybe I've lost my marbles... everything is in English except for the career missions and descriptions. Does anyone know how to change this

if you using the sound mod...i've got the same problem, at least we dont have to fly in russian there is a launguage fix, but I still have same problem as you

i had the same prob..everything was in russian..use the lastest wrapper.dll..that will fix it
