How to read Luftwaffe map references

Hi All,

Does anybody know how to read Luftwaffe map references? For example in Tony Wood's list I saw this:

15.01.44 Ofw. Otto Gaiser 10./JG 51 Il-2m.H  90 552 at 200 m.

The location is 90 552. How do you convert numbers like this into a location?

You would need the Luftwaffe map that he was using.

Is there a website where you can find those maps?

Yes... eBay!! There are about $100-$300 a pop... when you can find them. Do you have any idea of the country in question? I might have the map in my collection.
