ID possible ww2 British plane seat

Hi iam looking to see if anyone can help identify this seat. It has what look like serial numbers punched into metal plate but cannot find Any information using them. Second pic of store pouch under seat. Thank you for looking

Looks like an IP Seat ( Important Person ) that was used on Air Transport Command aircraft. This was for the better off than the troop seat. So used on Halifax, Stirling, York, Warwick etc. There is one for sale in an antique shop in Edinburgh.
