No. I think it has to do with the engine cooling system. Where did you find this.

The second item Schloßeinsatz 2000/XIIIB2, Fl 50200 is also put up for sale on Ebay ...

Luftwaffe Schloßeinsatz 2000/XIIIB2, Fl 50200 | eBay

The werk nummer seems to be"Werk Nr. 60189/01-22780"
Also the line with the Wasser in the ID plate is "Kühlstoff" - cooling liquid. So I agree with Snautzer01 that's a part of a cooling system

The switch seems to be for a fan ( Gebläse ) - "Ein"- on and "Aus" - off
The cards with the Stern-Dreieck-Schalter ( star-delta switch ) and the Anschlusklemmen fur Erregermaschine - connection terminals for the exciter machine.

The bottom lines of the ID plate seems to be "Ventilein" ( the valve )

Judging by all the inscriptions on these parts it looks like these may not be any Ju-88 parts but a pieces of an electric power generator. The ID plate and the switch seem to be from a cooling device. Also the locker with the two plates and the valve handwheel suggest that the device could be the hybrid device. I have had a look arount the Internet and the Fimag , Finsterwalder Maschinen G.M.B.H just was made such generators.

Thanks for the nice answers. I also have a winge that I have a hard time identifying.

Will make a new post in the weekend.

This is speculative - the part of the bomb pylon to which the bomb was attached was called the Bombenschloss in German - I think the translation would be something like bomb suspension lug. But I'm not fluent in the relevant technical terms. So this might mean that Schloßeinsatz 2000 could be a part for a 2000 kg bomb carrier. That would possibly be a Ju88 part.
